Balvina Fashion carefully documents each item with pre-shipment photos before it is sent out. If a returned item appears to have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged, the return will not be accepted.

Non-Accepted Returns

If a returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements, the item will be sent back to the customer, and store credit will not be issued.

Refund Method
